- 30 g of mushrooms (2 tbsp) - 20 g of onion (1 ½ tbsp) - 10 g of Roquefort cheese ( ½ cup) - 1 tablespoon of water - 1 tablespoon of olive oil - Salt - 2 tablespoons of milk - 2 eggs
Do it this way
Slice the mushrooms and the onion, and dice the Roquefort cheese. Place everything inside Omelette with the oil, water and salt. Close and cook in the microwave for 1’30 minutes at 800 W. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the milk. Add to the cooked mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes in the microwave at 800 W. Turn over the Omelette and cook for another 30 seconds. Serve.
