What you need

Ingredients


2 cups (250 g) wheat flour

5,50 fl oz (165 g) water

1 tbsp (18 g) olive oil

0,35 oz (10 g) fresh yeast or 1,5 tsp (4 g) baking powder for bread

1 tsp (5 g) salt

0,50 oz (15 g) green olives

  • The day before baking the bread, mix all the olives and the Provencal herbs in the Bread Maker, close, and leave to marinade all night.

    To make the dough, place all ingredients except for the olives in the Bread Maker, and knead until you have a firm dough.

    Remember to add flour while you are kneading to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands.

    Once kneaded, add the oil mixture and knead everything together until you have a homogeneous mixture.

    Leave to rest in the Bread Maker at room temperature for 3 hours, covered with a cloth so it won’t dry out.Afterwards, close the Bread Maker and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 392 ºF (200º).

    Leave the bread to cool on a rack.
