Ingredients

1 large egg 2 tbsp sour cream 1 sprig dill 40 g smoked herring 1 tbsp trout roe Salt Pepper

Do it this way

Break the egg in a bowl and beat with the sour cream and a pinch of salt and pepper.Add the chopped dill and pour into the Ovo.Add chopped herring, cover and microwave at 800 W for 40-45 seconds.  

De-mould on a dish and quickly serve with the roe and more sour cream.
