What you need

Ingredients


7 bamboo and prawn mini-pies
2 vegetable spring rolls
6 baby corns
30 gr. young garlic
1 slice pineapple
4 raw king prawns
1 teaspoon powered ginger
2 wooden skewers.
For the sauce: 50 gr. blend of frozen mushrooms; soy sauce; 1 french onion; olive oil.

Así puedes prepararlo

  • Prepare two skewers by alternating prawn and pineapple.
    Put water to boil with the ginger. When boiling, put the steamer in place.
    Place the mini-pies inside, as well as the spring rolls, the mini corns and the young garlic.
    Cover with the steamer’s other level, put the skewers inside and cover.
    Cook the skewers for 3 minutes, remove and continue cooking the rest for 4 more minutes.
    To prepare the sauce: in a saucepan, fry the onion and the mushrooms in a little bit of olive oil.
    Add the soy sauce and reduce to taste. Serve on a platter and garnish with the sauce.
