parmesan and sesame Sablée

Ingredients


250 g of room temperature butter
100 g of grated parmesan
750 g of flour
12 g of salt
4 eggs
150 of flour
150 g of corn flour pinch of sesame

Así puedes prepararlo

  • <

    Whip the butterwith the salt, add three eggs slowly, add the cheese and the first 750 g of flour. Finally add the other 150 g of flour together with the sieved corn flower.
    Let it cool down, strech the dough and cut discs the same size as the mould. Before baking, paint with the yolk and sprinkle the sesame.
    Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
