Peach and raspberry Crumble with mascarpone cream

What you need

4 peaches or nectarines
1 box raspberries
30 g butter
4 María cookies
2 tablespoons oats
1 tablespoon brown sugar
250 g mascarpone cheese
50 g white sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
4 mini steam cases

Así puedes prepararlo

  • Wash the fruit, chop the peach and place it in the 4 mini steam cases.
    Mix the softened butter with the crumbled cookies, the sugar and the oats and spread the mixture over the fruit.
    Close the cases and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 10 minutes. Open the cases and allow to brown for 2-3 minutes.
    Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and mascarpone. Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks and add to the egg mixtures and gently fold then in. Serve with the warm fruit.
