Pork Chop with Mustard and Rosemary and Summer Vegetables

Ingredients

-1 pork chop
-1 teaspoon of mustard
-1- 2 new small carrots
-1 peppered artichoke
-1 small courgette
-2 peas in the pod
-1 red thistle branch
-2 small leeks
-1 small « gold » beetroot
-1 rosemary branch
-5 cl of vegetable broth

Do it this way

-Clean and cut the vegetables. Put them into the papillote, add the broth, salt and pepper and bake at 190º C for 10 minutes or 3-4 minutes in the microwave at max. power.
Cover the chop in mustard, salt and pepper and spread the rosemary leaves on the pork chop.
Place it on the vegetables. Bake at 190º C for 15 minutes or 5 minutes in the microwave at max. power.
