Ingredients

4 pork rib slices (1 cm thick)
70 g pumpkin
80 g parsnip
70 g vitelotte potatoes
50 g chestnuts
50 g crosnes
20 g butter
10 cl poultry or vegetable stock
sap
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg

Do it this way

Clean and peel the vegetables. Put the vegetables in the papillote with the poultry stock and the butter.
Cook for 15 minutes at 180 ºC.
Add the ribs and the sap, and put in the oven for 10 more minutes at 180 ºC.
