Ingredients


        100 g eggplant (1/2 small eggplant)

        150 g red pepper (1 small pepper)

         150 g zucchini (1 small zucchini)

  • 1.       Cut all the vegetables into quarters 

    2.       Thread the various pieces of vegetables onto a skewer.

    3.       Repeat with 8 skewers and add salt and pepper to taste

    4.       Place in the mold, add 2 tablespoons of water to create more steam and cover

    5.       Cook for 7 or 8 minutes in the microwave on high (800W).

    6.       Let it stand for 1 minute in the closed container. 

    7.       While the skewers are cooking, fry the chopped garlic with olive oil and add the fresh 

    8.       Serve skewers covered with the tomato sauce
