180 g short-grain rice
400 ml water
50 g spinach leaves
60 g cherry tomatoes
1 ear of corn, boiled, or 1 can of tinned corn
160 g tinned tuna in oil
4 tablespoons olive oil
Do it this way
1. Place the rice and the water inside the Rice&Grain Cooker and cook in the microwave at 800W for 13 minutes.
2. Leave to rest for 3 minutes and remove from the microwave.Cool with lots of cold water and drain.
3. Wash and halve the tomatoes.
4. Place the rice and other ingredients inside the Salad Shaker and dress with the oil, vinegar, oregano salt and pepper, to taste.Cover and shake the Salad Shaker for a few seconds.
5. Quickly serve.
