Ingredients
60 mg of sliced bread
60 g of milk
500 g of fresh salmon
25 g of melted butter
100 g of liquid cream
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
pinch of chopped dill
Así puedes prepararlo
Put the bread crumbs into the milk.
Chop half of the salmon and dice the rest in small cubes.
Mix the bread and the eggs, the chopped salmon, the butter the milk and the salmon cubes.
End by salt and peppering and add the dill. Bake in the moulds for 40-45 minutes at 170ºC.
