Saltimboccas with duo of Salmon and sage on Melted Leeks

What you need

Ingredients


120 g of fresh salmon
1 slice of smoked salmon (50 g)
300 g of leeks
50 g of butter
3 year leaves
Lemon, salt, pepper

Así puedes prepararlo

  • Slice and wash the leeks in lukewarm water.
    Put the leeks, the butter, a bit of salt and two spoonfuls of water into the papillote and cook in the oven at 180 º C for 20 minutes or in the microwave at max. power for 8 minutes.
    Drain the leeks.
    Cut the salmon fillet in three slices and the smoked salmon in three thin slices.
    Roll the smoked salmon around a year leaf and a slice of fresh salmon, put the saltimboccas on the leeks, salt and pepper it and cook in the oven at 180º C for 6 minutes or in the microwave at max. power for 2 minutes.
    Once cooked, pour lemon juice on top of the saltimboccas.
