Ingredients
6 sardines
1/2 clove of garlic
1 tomato
4 or 5basil leaves
1/2 aubergine
10 black olives a la greek
4cl of olive oil

Clean the sardines (scales and inside) and place them on the steam case filter.
Cut the aubergine in brunoise ( small cubes) and soak the pieces in olive oil. Slice the garlic and chop the basil.
Dice the tomatoes and mix them with the vegetables and the aromatic plants. Pour the mix on the sardines and cook in the oven at 180°C 15 for 20 minutes.
Suggestion: The same recipe can be prepared with a small headless guilthead. Cook for 20 minutes in the oven.
