Do it this way
Chop the onion and place it into the SpanishOmelette along with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt. Stir, close and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800 W. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place them in the container along with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir, close and microwave for 5 minutes more. Beat the eggs in a bowl along with 2 tablespoons of milk and a pinch of salt. Pour into container and distribute evenly. Microwave for 3 minutes, turn the SpanishOmelette over and microwave 1 additional minute at 800 W.
