- 50 g of spinach (¼ cup) - 50 g of mushrooms (¼ cup) - 30 g of onion (2 tbsp) - 1 tablespoon of water - 1 tablespoon of olive oil - Salt - 2 tablespoons of milk - 2 eggs
Do it this way
Slice the mushroom, chop the onion and place it all inside Omelette along with the spinach, oil, water and salt. Close and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800 W. In a bowl, beat the eggs along with the milk and a pinch of salt. Pour into the Omelette and mix with the rest of ingredients. Cook for 2 minutes in the microwave at 800 W. Turn the Omelette over and cook for another 30 seconds.
