300 g boned chicken breast
200 g carrots,
1 onion
200 g broccoli or green beans
2 spoonfuls of olive oil

  • Cut the broccoli into sprigs. Peel the carrot and slice it (thick slices).
    Peel the onion and cut it into two pieces. Put the onion, carrot and broccoli in one of the steamer baskets.
    Cover and put it on a saucepan with boiling water, the basket should be stable and secure, and cook for 8 minutes. After the specified time, put the chicken cut into very thin slices and add salt on it in the other basket, remove the lid from the other basket, cover with the chicken basket and cover again.
    Cook for 6 more minutes. Serve in two dishes, add olive oil and pepper.
