Tagliatelle with pear, walnuts and gorgonzola

What you need

Ingredients


160 g of noodles

45 g of gorgonzola cheese

100 g of liquid cream

1 pear

25 g of walnuts

Water

Salt

  • 1. Microwave the noodles in the PastaCooker following the product instructions. Once finished, drain within the PastaCooker itself.

    2. Add the cream, the diced gorgonzola cheese and a pinch of salt.

    3. Stir, cover and microwave 2 minutes longer.

    4. Add the slightly chopped nuts and the small diced pear.

    5. Mix all ingredients and serve. 

    Save some of the gorgonzola cheese cubes to add on top when ready to serve.
