Peel and cut the carrots and cook them in the Steam Case with half a glass of water and a pinch of salt in the oven at 180 º C for 12 minutes. Remove the water from the Steam Case, add the honey, the butter and cumin and cook again in the oven at 180 º C for 6 minutes. Slice the onion thinly. Cut the lamb in not too thick chunks. Remove the stone from the dates and cut them in half. Mix everything into the Steam Case, salt and pepper it and cook at 180 º C for 25 minutes.
