Tips and tricks
- This soup can be eaten both lukewarm and hot.
- If you have soup left over, you can reduce and thicken it. In this way you can use it as a delicious sauce for your pasta dishes.
- You can freeze the leftover portions and have them another day. If you do so, remember that, once it has thawed, you have to purée the soup again.
- Add a spoonful of Worcester sauce on removing the case from the microwave, just before puréeing the soup, to achieve a more intense flavor.
