130 g confectioner’s sugar
70 g butter
90 g egg whites
85 g flour

Así puedes prepararlo

  • Place the sugar, softened butter, egg whites and flour in a bowl and mix with an electric blender until you obtain a smooth batter.
    Cover the baking sheet with the silicone mat and, using a spoon, drop small amounts of batter on to the mat to make thin circles with a diameter of 8 cm.
    Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 160ºC and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden.
    Remove from the oven, life the cookies out with a spatula and place them on a curved surface, like a bottle, so they attain the characteristic tile shape.
    Allow to cool for one minute and serve. Repeat the procedure for the rest of the batter.
    Tip: For quicker baking, put two baking sheets in the oven at the same time.
