  • 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Beat the eggs with the sugar and diced and softened butter, until the mixture is light and fluffy. 2. Add the milk, the sifted flour with the baking powder and the vanilla. Continue beating with a whisk for 2 minutes, until it has a light creamy texture. Add the chocolate chips. 3. Place the moulds on an oven tray and fill them with the above mix. Bake them for 18-20 minutes at 160 °C until the cupcakes have risen and are firm to the touch. Take them out of the oven and leave them to cool completely on a rack. Topping: 1. Put the chilled cream in a bowl, add the vanilla and the sugar and whip with a whisk until it has the right consistency. 2. Put the cream inside the Decomax with a small, curly nozzle, seal it and put the topping on the cupcakes. Finish decorating with the shavings of white chocolate and silver pellets. To make the shavings: With the help of a potato peeler, make shavings from a bar of white chocolate. Then place them carefully on top of the white cream.
