Ingredients


115 g of room temperature butter
2 eggs
100 g of sugar
70 g of white chocolate
60 g of flour
1 teaspoon of powder yeast coffee
10 g of fresh or frozen raspberries
1 pinch of salt

Así puedes prepararlo

  • Melt the white chocolate and mix with the butter.
    Whip the eggs with the sugar and mix them. Sieve the flour, the yeast and the salt. Put it into the mix above and finally, add the raspberries.
    Put it into the mould and bake at 160ºC for 15 minutes.
