What you need

150 g /5,3 oz of green cabbage
75 g /2,6 oz of Golden Delicious apple
75 g /2,6 oz of red apple
100 g /3,5 oz of bottled water
15 g /0,5 oz of non-iodised salt

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Wash the vegetables well.
    2. Mix the water and salt and set aside.

    3. Shred the apples and cabbage in julienne strips, mix together and set aside.

    4. Place the ingredients in the jar, press well, add the liquid and ensure that the ingredients are submerged.

    5. Leave to ferment 4 days at room temperature and in a dark place. Store in the fridge.
