Ingredients
120 g / 4 oz. quinoa
240 ml /8 oz. water
50 g / 2 oz. broccoli
50 g / 2 oz. carrot
30 g / 1 oz. onion
30 g / 1 oz. green bell pepper
30 g / 1 oz. red pepper
5 g / 0,2 oz. ginger
5 g / 0,2 oz. coriander
60 g Soy sauce
Do it this way

Cook 120 g of quinoa with a clove of garlic and 240 ml of water in the Quick Quinoa & Rice Cooker for 8 min in the microwave at maximum power.
Slice the carrots, onions and red/green peppers in julienne strips and set aside. Cut up the broccoli as evenly as possible.
Add the broccoli to the Quick Quinoa & Rice Cooker with a couple of spoonfuls of water. Introduce it again into the microwave for 3 min.
Then add the carrots and introduce it into the microwave for another 2 minutes.

Sauté the onions, peppers and vegetables and set aside in a frying pan with a small amount of oil and the ginger.

Add the quinoa with the broccoli and the carrots in the frying pan. Also add the soy sauce and coriander. Mix and serve.
