Vegetables and dried fruits cabbage rolls

What you need

Ingredients


120g of Long rice
240g of water
40g of carrot
40g of white onion
20g of pine nuts
20g of raisins
10g of peanuts
4 cabbage leaves
2 ripe tomatoes
60g of onion
1 clove garlic

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Cook the rice with water and a little salt for 5 minutes in the microwave in the Quick Quinoa & Rice Cooker.
    2. Finely chop the carrot, nuts and white onion.

    3. Add the chopped vegetables to the cooking of the rice. 7 minutes more to the microwave.

    4. Boil the water to whiten the cabbage leaves for 2 minutes.

    5. Roll the cabbage leaves with the already cooked rice with the vegetables inside and reserve.

    6. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, julienne onion and garlic into slices.

    7. In a pan fry the onion and tomato, add the garlic and cook for a few minutes.

    8. Incorporate, in cooking, the cabbage rolls and let cook over low heat and covered for 5 minutes.
