Mediterranean Vinaigrette

Ingredients


25 ml of wine vinegar
Salt
75 ml of olive oil
1 tbsp of chopped anchovies
1 tbsp of chopped olives
1/2 tsp of rosemary
1/2 tsp of thyme

Así puedes prepararlo

  • 1. Open the Dressing Shaker, fill with vinegar to the first line (25 ml) and add the salt. 2. Close and shake the product to dissolve the salt well. 3. Re-open the Dressing Shaker and add the olive oil to the fourth line (75 ml) and the anchovies, olives, rosemary and thyme. 4. Close the product and shake it like a maraca to emulsify. 5. Enjoy your vinaigrette!

    Tips:
    Gluten- and lactose-free recipe. Balsamic vinegar is an intense vinegar, although with sweet nuances. If you prefer a milder vinaigrette, use half the recommended quantity of vinegar.
