Avocado and pistachio ice cream

Enjoy this creamy, energy-boosting ice cream!

What you need

3 ripe avocados
60 g water
50 g agave syrup*
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 handfuls coarsely chopped pistachios
Melted white chocolate to decorate (optional)

* As an alternative to agave syrup, you can use about 40 grams of sugar or sweetener to reach your desired level of sweetness.

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and squeeze the lemon juice on top to prevent browning.
    2. Blend up all the ingredients: avocados, lemon juice, syrup and water, until it becomes a creamy purée.

    3. Add the coarsely chopped pistachios to the cream and stir.

    4. Fill the moulds and put them in the freezer for a few hours.

    5. Once unmoulded, you can decorate your ice creams with a little melted white chocolate.
