Así puedes prepararlo
- Place the cooked beans in a bowl and mash to a purée.
- Cut the onion and pepper into cubes.
- Place the onion and pepper in a saucepan with oil, sauté until the onion is browned. Add the tomato sauce, soy sauce, cumin, coriander seeds, salt and spicy paprika to taste.
- Reduce to low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the textured soy. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
- Combine the beans and the cornflour with the previous mix and blend to an even mix.
- Pour the contents into the Veggie Sausages and cook for 5 minutes at 800W. Leave to rest for 2 minutes.
- For a crisp texture, use a frying pan or Microwave Grill (2 minutes at 800W).
- Brush the sausages with the BBQ sauce to get the perfect caramelised finish.
