Choco banana, dulce de leche and coconut sponge cake

A delicious and sweet banana pretzel cake!

What you need

Flour
115g
Cocoa powder
15g
Sugar
30ml
Ripe bananas
2 uds.
Baking powder
1 c.à.c
Olive oil
50g
Egg
1 ut.
Topping:
 
Dulce de leche
100g
Grated coconut
 

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Beat the banana with the egg, sugar, and butter in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the flour with the cocoa and baking powder into the mix. Mix until smooth.
  3. Use the Pretzel Popsicle Mold to make some original cakes. Use the Popsicle Caps to cover the hole in the mould.
  4. Brush the mould with oil and pour in the previous mix, without reaching the edge of the mould.
  5. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute at 800W.
  6. Allow cooling for 2 minutes before removing.
  7. Place the dulce de leche in the microwave for 1 minute at 800W.
  8. Now it's up to you to decorate your Pretzel-shaped cake! Brush the sponge cake with the dulce de leche and sprinkle with the grated coconut. Ready to eat!
