Creamy pistachio ice cream

Make a delicious pistachio ice cream quickly and easily!

What you need

Pistachios
65g (2,3 oz)
Cream
100g (3,5 oz)
Agave syrup
30g (1 oz)
Water
50ml (1,7 fl.oz)
Dark Chocolate
150g (5,2 oz)
Olive oil
15g (0,5 oz)
Chopped pistachios
2 tbsp..

Así puedes prepararlo

  1. Blend the pistachios with water until you get a smooth paste.
  2. Whip the cream with the agave syrup and pistachio paste. 
  3. Fill the Classic Creamy ice cream molds with the mix and freeze for 4-5 hours.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in the silicone container for 10-20 second intervals at full power in the microwave. Repeat until the chocolate has melted.
  5. Add coconut oil to the chocolate and mix until it is even.
  6. Remove the ice cream from the mold and dip it in the dark chocolate, then sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the top.
  7. Leave to rest until the chocolate hardens, ideally on a silicone mat
