How to proceed with a return
- Sign in to My Account if you are already registered or at Order status if you buy as a guest. Access to My orders/ View all my orders/ Request RMA and fill in the information requested.
- Print out your order’s invoice that you will find it on the confirmation E-mail or at the section of “View all my orders” at My Account and attach inside the box a copy which we will pick it up.
- Contact us and we will pick your package up on date and place that you choose. The picking up schedule may vary as it depends on our logistic operator.
- Once we check out that the refunded products are back into our facilities, we will proceed to refund the money the same way as you did the payment. It will be available within 5 business days. The shipping costs ill not be refund
The product must be the same conditions as it was delivered to you, with the packaging and original tag and same or similar box. Once we receive your refund products, we will check them out and we will proceed to refund the money.
Shipping methods and cost
Your order will be sent within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This service is free for orders over 30€, less than 30€ we will charge 6€.
If you are not at home to receive the package, the delivery person will leave an advice note and he will attempt to deliver it for a second time next business day.
If you are not at home the first and the second delivery attempt, our delivery service will arrange a new day offering you next options:
- New date and address.
- Indicate the closest picking up point to the carrier.
Unfortunately we are not allowed to delivery on holydays. In that case, please wait your items next business day.
