What you need

250 g of cream
100 g of dulce de leche
2 egg yolks
Chocolate
Coarse salt

Así puedes prepararlo

    • Mix the dulce de leche, the cream and the salt, and put it in the microwave at maximum power for 4 minutes.

    1. Beat the egg yolks and slowly add the previous hot cream.

    2. Pour the mixture into the ice cream molds filling them up to the marked line.

    3. Place the molds in the freezer for 4 hours.

    4. Remove from the mold and... they’re ready to enjoy!
