- 7.1 oz pineapple.
- 7.1 oz orange juice.
- 0.7 oz brown sugar (optional).
- 20 mint leaves.

Place in a bowl: 0.8 oz chopped pineapple, 0.8 oz orange juice, 0.7 oz mint, and 0.4 oz brown sugar (optional).
Mix all ingredients together with a blender and heat in the microwave for 30s at 800w.
Place the green mixture in the top part of the mould. This will mimic the pineapple's leaves.
Place the moulds in the freezer for 1 hour.
Now mix 6.1 oz chopped pineapple, 6.1 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice, and 0.3 oz brown sugar (optional) together with a blender.
Place the moulds in the freezer for 3 hours.
Remove from the mould and it's ready to enjoy!
