Clams and Razor-shell clams
8 frozen razor-shell clams (do not defrost)
150 grs. frozen clams (no need to defrost them)
2 garlic cloves
20 ml olive oil
1 c. parsley
Así puedes prepararlo
Peel and chop (or press) the garlic.
In a bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil and parsley.
Place the clams in the Steam Case and sprinkle with the dressing mentioned above.
Close the Steam Case and place in the microwave oven.
Cook at maximum power for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
