125 g grated coco 125 g sugar 2 eggs 15 g melted butter

Así puedes prepararlo

Mix the coconut, sugar and eggs and add the melted butter. Place the baking sheet on an oven tray and make little piles with the dough. Cover with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour. With a spoon dipped in milk stretch each pile until it is 6 cm wide. Preheat the oven to 170º C and bake at the same temperature for around 5 minutes.
