3 medium eggs; 300 ml skim milk (optional)
80 gr. sugar
Liquid caramelised sugar (in a bottle).
Así puedes prepararlo
1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the milk.
2. Reserve.
3. Boil water in a saucepan and place the steamer on top.
4. Coat the flan moulds with the caramelised sugar and add the blend.
5. Cover with aluminium foil. Cook for 15 minutes.
