Egg with broccoli and smoked salmon

What you need

1 egg
Smoked salmon
Two or three broccoli florets
1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Dill for garnish

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Add the broccoli to the Microwave Ovo in small pieces with a tablespoon of water and half a tablespoon of olive oil.
    2. Place the Microwave Ovo off-center on the microwave's turntable and cook for 20 seconds at 800W.

    3. Crack the egg without the shell inside the Microwave Ovo and add salt and pepper to taste. Add the smoked salmon in pieces around the yolk.

    4. Place the Microwave Ovo off-center on the microwave's turntable and cook for another 30 seconds at 800W.

    5. Remove and enjoy with a little fresh dill for garnish.
