What you need

100 gr of Pardina Lentils, ½ grated tomato,150 ml of water, 10 gr of carrots, 10 gr of zucchini, 10 gr of cauliflower,10 gr of green beans, 1 garlic clove, ½ bay leaf, Salt Pepper,Olive Oil

Así puedes prepararlo

Soak the lentils in water overnight and strain. Cut the vegetables in cubes or small pieces and place them in the Ogya together with the lentils, tomato, garlic and bay leaf. Cover with water, add salt and pepper, cover and cook in the microwave at 800 W for 10 minutes. Serve on a plate and add olive oil. 

This recipe can be adapted to the Ogya XL by doubling the quantity of ingredients. Add two minutes and check the cooking process.


  1. Emplata y sirve con un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Esta receta se puede adaptar al Estuche de Vapor Hondo 3-4p duplicando la cantidad de los ingredientes y añadiendo dos minutos más a la cocción, controlándola.
