60 g olive oil 40 g fructose 2 egg whites 200 g whole grain flour 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar 20 g oat bran

Así puedes prepararlo

In a bowl add the oil, fructose and egg white and mix until it becomes a creamy mixture.  Add the salt, vanilla and flour sieving it bit by bit.  Add the bran and knead until the dough  unsticks. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.  Once it has cooled down, stretch with the rolling pin to 2 cm and cut in the desired shape. Place on silicone sheet leaving enough space between them to stop them joining. Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC.  Remove and decorate with strawberry or peach jam or the desired flavour.
