Base ingredients
345g butter
375g sugar
6 eggs
100g milk
375g flour
16g baking powder
Desired food colouring

Filling ingredients
100g dulce de leche
100g apricot marmalade

Decoration ingredients
500g white fondant
150g green fondant
150g red fondant
50g yellow fondant
50g blue fondant
50g pink fondant
100g condensed milk
100g mascarpone

Cake instructions

1. In a bowl, whip the butter together with the sugar at room temperature until it is well dissolved. Add eggs one by one.

2. Next add the flour and baking powder and again mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.

3. Fill about 3/4 of the moulds with the mixture and place it on an oven rack. Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes at 180ºC.

4. Remove from mould from the oven and let cool.

For the filling:

1. When the cakes are cold, carefully cut them in half with a knife.

2. Very carefully life up the top half with the help of a spatula and spread the apricot and dulce de leche.

For assembly

1. Whip the condensed milk and mascarpone together well with a whisk and let set.

2. Next spread the coloured fondant over a flat surface with a rolling-pin. Make circle and heart shapes. Once rolled out, let set.

3. With the help of a spatula, spread the condensed milk and mascarpone mixture over the cake. This mixture will work as glue, so only spread a thin layer. It is not necessary for it to be even or perfect. It simply needs to be spread.

4. Now spread the white fondant with a rolling-pin and cover the cake's first layer.

5. Place the coloured polka-dots at the centre of the cake with the help of a bit of water.

6. For the flower, expand the red fondant with the rolling-pin, carefully cut out a flower shape, and place it on the cake.

7. To finish, prepare the green stems and place them with the help of a bit of water. Each stem's height should be 4.5 cm, however the width is as desired.

8. Now it's ready to enjoy!
