125g desired fruit
25g water
25g sugar, or amount desired
5g lemon juice
4g agar–agar
Food colouring
Orange juice
Lemon juice

Fruit jelly instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients together with a blender.

2. Place this mixture into the microwave for 1.5 minutes at maximum power. A silicone bowl is recommended for use in the microwave.

3. In a glass bowl or in the same bowl, let the mixture cool for one hour.

4. Remove from the mould and cut the jelly into cubes or the shape you desire and let set. (The Agatha chocolates mould works well, and you'll get original shapes that are very easy to remove from the mould and use).

Ice pop instructions

1. Fill the ice pop with the jelly and then fill the rest of the space with the juice you desire.

2. Place the ice pop top and carefully place them in the freezer for 4 hours.
