- 200g. of carrot - 200g. of celery - 200g. of pepper - 100g. of Cooked chickpea - 50g. of Cooked Beet - 20g. of garlic - 2 spoons of olive oil - 1 tea spoons of sesae oil - 1 tea spoons of cumin - 1 tea spoons of lime juice

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Cut the carrot, celery, and pepper into strips.

    2. Introduce them in the main container of your Jar To Go.

    3. Mix together with a mixer the beets and cooked chickpeas, along with oil, cumin, garlic and lime juice. Get the desired texture.

    4. Store your beetroot hummus in the Jar To Go silicone container so you do not mix flavors with the other vegetables. Enjoy eating it anywhere!
