What you need

45g sugar
125g butter
1 small egg
200g sifted flour
1 tbsp vanilla sugar

For Glase:
1 egg white
200 g of icing sugar
3 drops of lemon
Food coloring

Así puedes prepararlo

    • Mix the butter, sugar and beaten egg. Add the flour, little by little.
    1. Roll the dough into two balls and leave to stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    2. Preheat the oven to 180°C with the help of an adult.

    3. Take one dough ball and spread until it is 5mm thick. Cut with the Cookie Puzzle and gently shake.

    4. Place the shapes on an oven tray with a baking mat. Place in the oven to 180ºC for 12-15 min. with the help of an adult.

    5. ¡Decora tus galletas! Monta la clara a punto de nieve e incorpora suavemente el azúcar glas.

    6. Decorate your cookies! Beat the egg whites till stiff and gently fold in the icing sugar. Add 3 drops of lemon juice and mix until it doubles in size.

    7. Add the desired food colouring and place the icing in the Decopen. Decorate your animal cookies with some fun bathing suit designs for their day on the beach!
