Black chocolate with marshmallows

4 large scoops of quality chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup small white marshmallows



1. Melt the ice cream at room temperature and add the marshmallows.
2. Pour into the moulds and freeze.



If you want to make the ice cream yourself:

INGREDIENTS
1 egg yolks
5 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup top-quality bitter dark chocolate
3/4 cup small white marshmallows

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. 1. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and milk in a bowl, pour it into a saucepan cook for 3 minutes at medium heat, stirring continuously (don’t let it boil).



    2. 2. Chop up the chocolate, remove the milk/egg mixture from the heat and add the chocolate. Stir slowly until it is completely melted. Leave to cool. Add the heavy cream, stir well.



    3. 3. Add the chopped marshmallows and freeze.
