3/4 cup + 1 tsp milk
1 egg
2 tbsp oil or butter
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
A pinch of salt

Así puedes prepararlo

1. Put the milk and egg into the Lékué shaker. Cover with the lid and shake twice.

2. Once you have shaken it, add the flour and a pinch of salt. Shake the ingredients again until you have a light batter.

3. Lightly grease the frying pan and add the batter. It’s important for the batter to be well spread and fine.

4.When bubbles start to form, flip your crêpe using the spatula.

5.Remove your crêpe when it’s browned on both sides.

6.Fill it to your taste and it’s ready to enjoy!

Ideas for the filling:

Tahini paste filling

Ingredients

1 small eggplant
1 sweet onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp. tahini paste
11/4 cup sundried tomato, roughly chopped
A pinch of thyme

Preparation:

1. Brunoise the onionand aubergine and set aside with the minced onion
Do you know what "brunoise” cutting means? It’s a way of finely dicing vegetables.
2. Lightly fry the onion in a frying pan. Add the aubergine and finally the garlic, cook well.
3.When everything is cooked, add the tomato and remove from the heat.
3 Off the heat, add the tahini paste.
4.They’re ready to enjoy!
