Carrots and onion

Prepare a large variety of healthy and homemade pickled vegetables!

What you need

200 g of onion
150 g /5,3 oz of carrot
1 cayenne pepper
5 g /0,2 oz of coriander seeds
15 g /0,5 oz of non-iodised salt
200 g /7 oz of bottled water

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Thinly slice the onion and carrot with a slicer.
    2. Mix the water and salt and set aside.

    3. Place the ingredients in a jar and season with cayenne pepper and coriander. Add the liquid and check that all the vegetables are completely submerged.

    4. Leave to ferment 4 days at room temperature and in a dark place. Store in the fridge.
