Cherry tomatoes and basil

Prepare a large variety of healthy and homemade pickled vegetables!

What you need

350 g /12,3 oz of a selection of cherry tomatoes
200 g /7 oz of bottled water
15 g /0,5 oz of non-iodised salt
15 basil leaves
5 g /0,2 oz of black pepper
1/2 clove of garlic

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Weigh and wash the ingredients, then set aside.
    2. Mix the water and salt and set aside.

    3. Prick all the tomatoes with a toothpick or skewer to make sure the brine soaks through.

    4. Mix the tomatoes with the basil and garlic, place them in the jar and add the liquid.

    5. Place the disc and check that all the vegetables are completely submerged.

    6. Leave to ferment 4 days at room temperature and in a dark place. Store in the fridge.
