Chicken Creole

What you need

250 gr. Vegetable or chicken broth
50 gr. White onion
50 gr. Red pepper
50 gr. Carrot
1 glove Garlic
1 tsp. Cumin
80 gr. Old bread
1 ud. Cayenne pepper
50 gr. Heavy cream
300 gr. Cooked chicken

Así puedes prepararlo

    1. Hydrate the bread with the broth and set aside.

    2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, carrot and red pepper and place them in the Microwave Cooker.

    3. Cook in the microwave, at full power, for 5 minutes.

    4. Add the hydrated bread with the broth to the Microwave Cooker.

    5. Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes more at full power.

    6. Fray chicken or cut into cubes and add, with the heavy cream, to the Microwave Cooker.

    7. Cook for 2 minutes more in the microwave at maximum power. Remove and ready to enjoy!
