2-3 limes
3/4 cup sugar
1 can of cola soft drink
1/2 cup dark chocolate

1. Wash the citrus fruit and grate the peel of one lemon and one lime. Cut the citrus fruit in half and squeeze out the juice (150 ml).
2. Pour the sugar into a saucepan with the juice and heat for a few moments until the sugar dissolves. Leave to cool.
3. Mix the juice with the grated peel, stir well and pour into moulds until half-full.
4. Place in the freezer. They’ll need about two hours to start setting.
5. Simmer the cola for 20 minutes to eliminate the bubbles and concentrate the flavour. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
6. Finish filling the molds with the cola syrup. Freeze.
7. When the ice cream is frozen, melt the chocolate in the microwave, de-mold the ice creams and dip the tips into the melted chocolate.
