400 g ripe melon
4 slices of bacon
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Clean, cut and blend the melon. Add salt and pepper and refrigerate for several hours.
2. Microwave the bacon on high for 3 1/2 minutes and then chop finely.
3. Serve the soup, drizzling a few drops of olive oil on top and sprinkling with bacon. If you prefer, you can cut melon cubes and wrap them with bacon, securing them with a toothpick.
